These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between SunRae’s Travel (“we,” “our,” “us”) and our clients (“you,” “your”) when you book travel services with us. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Role as a Travel Agent

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental agencies, and tour operators.

  • We arrange and book travel on your behalf.

  • We do not own or operate the services provided by these suppliers.

  • All bookings are subject to the suppliers’ terms, conditions, and policies.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Payment terms will vary depending on the travel supplier.

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and confirmation is provided.

  • Prices are subject to change until confirmed by the travel supplier.

3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • All cancellations and changes are subject to the travel suppliers’ policies, which may include fees or non-refundable amounts.

  • We will assist with cancellations or changes, but cannot guarantee refunds.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip investment.

4. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any other required documents.

  • We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

  • It is your responsibility to meet any health or vaccination requirements for your destination.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

  • If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for any financial loss.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of travel suppliers.

  • We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, or expense resulting from delays, cancellations, or other events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, or government actions.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information for bookings.

  • Review all travel documents promptly and notify us of any errors.

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of travel suppliers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
